Welcome to Modest Arm Disc Golf, My name is Aaron Wright.

It all started in the summer of 2007, in Smugglers Notch, Vermont, where my childhood friends took me out to play disc golf for the very first time.

I knew I was hooked when I would go to bed at night and replay the entire course in my head; every shot, play by play, to see how I could possibly improve with a lower score.

As the Founder of Modest Arm Disc Golf, the first Black-Owned disc golf company in Buffalo, NY, I am setting audacious goals for the future: for my company, my city, and the whole world; with disc golf as a focus.

My mission is to inspire others. I want to share the absolute freedom and joy that I feel every time I play disc golf and help grow the sport to heights we have not seen before.
